I asked when to makeup an exam, and he went off on me, basically saying I waste his time by e-mailing him, and that my simple questions are inappropriate. How do I act when I see him?
That is really mean of him to say but you really can't do anything to him. As far as colleges are concerned professors can do anything short of chopping your hand off and get away with it. If he said you could take the makeup exam then went back on his word you could take it up with the head of his department though- that is your best chance to get the exam.
