I'm in eighth grade, throughout middle school i've been playing different sports just to see what I like and I'm good at, and what sports I want to focus on in high school. I've really enjoyed track and cross country, I'm sticking with those, but I don't know what to do to keep in shape during the winter between track and cross country seasons. I want to keep on running mid- to long distance running throughout winter, I don't know where though? help?
