What do I do about poetry and business?

Okay Yahoo I have a quick question. I'm a sophomore in high school and I have enormous dreams. I've been writing since the second grade. (poems, stories, songs, essays (etc) So basically I loooove writing and I want to be some type of big time writer. Not even big time, just happy with what I'm doing. However there's another part of me that looooves the whole business girl type look. Meaning, I want to own this poetry place/ restaurant where you can eat a lil somethin, enjoy some live poetry and maybe a jazz band or something. Perfect place for a date right? I dont want to be an employee there though, just the head woman in charge of everything. My questions are. Do I double major/ double degree in college? What degrees do I need?
 
i'd go into business cuz i dont think poetry pays much even yahoo don't pay like a business if you write good poetry you will still be working at mcdona'ds
