I have had nothing but problems with my Triton phone. I was told by Hamid the Midwest Regional Supervisor not to trust a US Cellular partner store. I was trold by Jeremy in the home office thats not a reason to get out of my contract, I have unrealistic expectations when it comes to getting anything resolved and that the options you purchase are not part of the original agreement so they may not always work and if it doesnt work dont use it.....now what?????
