What do I do about a mother in law?

My mother in law recently moved in with us with her 10 year old son, 1 dog and two cats. She moved in because she found her man sleeping with another woman and they were also losing their house and he is kicking her out. Since then, her 10 year old has been nothing but disrespectful and been causing problem after problem. She refuses to punish him for anything and whines about everything when he does not get his way. He bullies our 5 year old which he also cannot play anything co-op without a fight. The dog has destroyed all the doors in our house which we rent which also has brought fleas into our home. The cats have urinated constantly in one room since they have moved in. Now the man who has cheated on her and kicked her into the streets is moving into town and wants to enter my home which I have a serious problem with. Which has caused a huge fight between my wife, mother in law, and me. She only has paid 45 dollars a month which does not cover all the expenses. She refuses to get a 40 hour a week job.....I am at my minds end. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
Whoa! She needs lotsa help there. Tell her that although you love her, she needs to find a place of her own. Help her look for apartments and jobs if that is what it takes. Once she is settled, tell her to help pay for the damage she has caused in your house.
