Hi im 18 and I have decided I want to see a psychiatrist. I have major anxiety problems and I dont even know what to say when I call the office. I already know they take my insurance but what exactly do I say when they answer? I know im weird but as I said any human contact me me extremely nervous.
What do i ask the doctors office?
