What do girls wear as backpacks in high school?

Would a regular 2 pocket black Jansport backpack be ok?
And a white tote bag for days I wear girly things?
I'm starting high school in august.

I use a crossbody for pencils makeup etc, and carry a folder. It also keeps me from having stuff build up in a backpack.

Anything goes! Backpacks work really well, but as you said, changing bags out depending on your outfit is great. It can also depend on your load for that day - sometimes just a purse will do! Go ahead and experiment in the first few months to see what works best for you.

Jansport, totes, purse, and messenger bags basically.

crossbody is what I wear and I carry my binder. I just use my crossbody to hold my pencils makeup and miscellaneous things I don't put in my binder. (and the binder shouldn't be too big either, just empty out your binder every week but keep the papers) hope this helped!
