Yesterday i was stopped because i was in the back seat with my best friend talking about how his girlfriend broke up with him when a cop comes by, and asks what we were going in a vancat parking lot, he took our ids and asked if our parents knew where we were (My friends parents were also not home yet) . Well, he took my license and his school ID, and then left and said to next time wait infront of my friends house. so i was wondering, what do they do with those notebooks? what happens to them?
