What do business executives expect in a 5-star hotel situated in a deserted place?

If some business executives have to travel to distant place to attend meetings, they are put up in a 5-star hotel. After the meeting,there is nothing to do or visit since it is not situated in an urban area.What kind of services and facilities do they expect from such a hotel?
