What disciplines do you think my horses are best suited for?

Penny 24 years old has lots of get up and go,turns on a dime,fast,bombproof,goes english and western
Sunny 6 years old kinda slow but goes if you use a crop,has a hard time turning,kinda spooky,goes english and western
Penny is in good shape and she is a Quarter Horse 14.2
Sunny is a Paint and he is 15.2
 
Penny- IF, AND ONLY IF, she is in good health, she might enjoy gaming, trail riding, and fun days.

Sunny- Smaller pleasure shows, slower horses usually don't enjoy gaming much, they tend to get ring sour. I'd work on trail rides with her to help with spooks, arena work to improve turning issues, etc.
