What diference would it make if i would shave my Pontiac GTO 1967 Heads?I

cant afford new heads!? Well i cant afford new heads so they told me that i should shave the heads...that made some diference....i have a garage near bythey say they have done it and its good!!

But i want you to tell me if its a big difference....
