What diet/workout plan best helps get back into a pre-pregnancy body?

I just had a baby and I understand that I have to wait 6 weeks before working out, but I'm trying to figure out what is the best diet and workout plan. I've gained about 40lbs which puts me at 155lbs and I'm only 5'1. My goal is to weigh between 105-115 and to tone up. Anyone know of any workout plan that are helpful? I don't want just quick results. I want to lose this weight the right way and be able to keep it off. I'm breastfeeding as well to try to help get off the extra weight. Please let me know what has worked for you or someone you know. Thanks!
