I'm doing a project on Righteous Gentiles and need to cover:
What are righteous gentiles?
What did the righteous gentiles do?
Give a detailed summary of the actions of two righteous gentiles.
Compare what they did – is one more deserving of the opinion than the other – think about the motivations of the people – their reasons for doing what they did.
Select a range of evidence – use quotes, pictures, references to films and books i.e. Schindler’s List, The Diary of Anne Frank etc.
Why is it important to remember the Holocaust? This should allow you to make links with other genocides and to give your own opinion on whether or not you think the holocaust is significant.
Any information would be helpful.
I will probably focus on Oscar Schindler and Miep Gies as there is a range of evidence for these faous Righteous Gentiles
