What did Hitler plan to do with all the soldiers who fought for him but had dark

hair or eyes? I know many Germans have dark hair and eyes, and surely these wouldn't have fit in with the 'Aryan' ideal. But some must have been loyal soldiers. So what would have been in store for them?
