graphic designer reportedly earned $35,000 starting out, then $45,000 for staff level designers, $62,000 for senior designers, and $95,000 for creative directors (according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics) now I know of a few firms in my area, but they are small chains, not big companies, so I can assume they don't give that salary, so which firms do you think would have this salary?
