What curriculum should I start teaching myself in school? (high school)?

At my school, we have a choice wether we want to take the electives, or go to the library and have our own subject that we teach ourselves and get marked on and the end of the semester.

I have already chosen to teach myself American Sign Language. Are there any other ideas of what reasonably easy self-teachable subjects I could choose?
