Swiss is a good answer. I would like to add Japan, for it maintained their souverneighity troughout their entire history despite attacks from superpowers like the mongols (twice) and the U.S (also twice). Also, Sweden is a good runner-up.
i don't know if this counts, but i'm in australia and we've never had any wars/invasions of our own. australia has only been in wars as allies to Britain and America.
if i had to guess, i'd say somewhere like switzerland! but don't hold me on any this!!!
