When i bend my neck forward to the right, i feel a sharp pain on my pectoral muscle, and when i bend my neck backwards to the right, i feel the same pain but on my shoulder blade. Ive had this pain for a couple of weeks. I'm no doctor so i don't know if its a muscle or a nerve or something.
What could this sharp pinching feeling be that i have on my back and chest?
