What could this sharp pain in my pelvic area be?

I am 18 already had appendicitis and out of no where i sneezed and got a jolt of pain in my pelvic area it long lasted a few seconds but ot was very painful. It has never happened before. should i take my concerns to a doctor or wait for it to happen again? thanks for any help you can give
