After having spoken to several solicitors, I am still being left in the dark as to how much it will actually cost taking a "passing off" case to court.
I have a very strong case and am near certain I would win, but if the costs are too high, there is no point in me taking this any further. All I have been told is that "it can be very expensive".
I understand that costs vary dependant on the case itself, but I have literally no idea what sort of price range we're talking. £1,000... £10,000... £100,000.
If anyone could shed some light on the matter it would be very much appreciated.
