I'm making pork chops for my Mom for Mother's Day & I want to jazz them up with some type of sauce or something. I won't be able to marinate or anything because I have to go purchase the groceries on Sunday. Maybe some type of relish? Or sauce? Feel free to give me your Mother's Day meal suggestions. I'm open to anything except seafood & lamb. =]
