It is supposed to get at least 25 mpg minimum, it is a used car that I got about a month ago. I do all my driving in the city. I logged 20mpg on my first few tanks of fuel and last time it got even worse, to 17.5mpg. I don't have full service records so I suspect the air filter. I drive as gently as I can to get the best fuel efficiency so it is really puzzling me. Any help will be appreciated!
It's alignment is good, and the tires are fairly new. My tire pressure is at the recommended 32 psi. How would I get the ignition system checked?
