As mentioned, it is a 2005 mustang gt. The instrument panel houses controls for the hazard lights, power adapter, the mileage cluster control. I checked the fuses under the hood, but none of them were bad. I can't find the fuses that are suppose to be behind the kick panel on the passenger side of the car. Could it really be a fuse or is it something more? HELP!!!
