I have a 1994 Honda Accord. A few days ago I started my car and all of a sudden it made a weird noise- like when you turn the key for way to long and it makes a high pitch noise. But I barley turned the key to start my car and it already was making that noise, what could be wrong with it and how much do you think it would be to fixed it? Please help, thank you.
