What could be wrong with my dodge ram?

have an 01 Ram Sport, 5.2L 5speed, 4x4. It runs fine while accelerating, but at cruising speeds, it sputters like its starving for fuel. I've replaced the fuel pump and gave it a tune up to no avail. Just wondering what it might be, or if there is something i may have missed. Thanks!!
Also, the truck has 117k on it and started this recently. It has times when it will not do this at all, then days when it does it really badly. I have taken it to Auto Zone as well as the dealership for testing for codes, but it didn't show anything. I should have added this the first time but didn't think to add it. Thanks for the help
 
if its not showing any codes then its more than likely a fuel problem,most other problems will show up instantly on a scanner,you could also just have a bad dose of gas in it causing this to happen,that's been happening a lot lately to a lot of people,i have had to drain two tanks in the past two weeks over bad fuel,when drained their was a lot of water found in the fuel systems on both vehicles,and neither of those vehicles bought fuel at the same place,good luck.
