This morning I saw a bright red blood with my stool, i have strange bowel movement by noon, and bloating afternoon, gases in the same time, but at night time i have nothing from those above. oh another thing, today when the feces came out it was interrupted like sheep's feces! "small balls" and now i feel a slight pain in my anus.
please help
