What could be the problem with the A/C in my 2005 Jeep?

I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 63,000 miles. The A/C has been acting up. It is slow to start up and get cold and only blows cold air when the car is actually moving. When stopped at a light, the cold air turns to "room temp". Once moving again, cold air comes back. Does anyone have any ideas as to the problem? How to fix it?
