T Tim43 New member Jan 17, 2012 #1 I had necrotizing pancreatitis 3 years ago. They removed 1/3 of my pancreas. I sometimes experience sharp pains in the upper abdomin that last for 12-24 hours, especially after exercise. Thus far, my docs can't seem to find anything. Thanks.
