What conversation can you talk with your friend?

im running out of conversation with my friend and we just sat in silence and its so weird...

i normally talk about

--- her job
--- weather
--- what she did in the weekend
---- what time she wakes up etc.....

what else can i say????

we recently just talk about old time in school and holidays ...
