The owner of our business seems to have gone way out of his way to make me quit . He has isolated me from all other workers ( I'm the only employee he has who works completely alone ) . He has forbade me from interacting with my co-workers and likes to try to intimidate and bully me . he won't fire me because I do a very good job for him . I won't quit because I feel like he will win if I do. Any help / advice ? Thanks .
