What computer program do car companies(Chevy, Ford, Honda)use to look up parts?

I would like to know if these programs are available for the public so i can look up a part number. I'm asking for car program but am actually looking for truck company programs such as Kenworth and Freightliner. PLEASE HELP COMPUTER GEEKS???
