What company made a small video camera and "bullet" helmet camera combo?

I'm trying to find out which company made a helmet camera/flash memory video camera combo? I can't remember if it was Sony or Samsung or something. All I remember is that it was one of the well known electronics companies. Adds for it were frequently seen in Skiing Magazine and Powder Magazine about 4 years ago.

Any help out there???
