I am 19 and deployed with the army right now. i go on R&R in 9 days and i sold my car b4 i deployed to help with money for my mom since she is watching my son. i need to rent a car so i can get around with my son but almost everyone i talk to says i have to be 21 to rent one form any of the companies. i want to know if this is true or if there are some companies that can make exceptions. ty and if i left out some important information just ask me ill add on.
