...cook in italy? also, do you know the main religion/s of italy, how does that influence the foods eaten?
 
The main religion is christian and they are mainly catholic. I dont know how that would change the foods eaten but i do know that families would have to give up a portion of their harvested grain to give the local priest, who would then feed it to the chickens. So i guess they wouldnt eat as much grain....

But they like pizza.
 
You need a pasta machine to make spagetti and pasta sheets etc Other than that its just normal saucepans , but a large frying pan with a lid is very useful and a good thing to have for other meals too.
