I ordered a BRAND NEW Apple iPod Touch 3rd Generation 8 Gb-I paid 189.00 for it off of EBAY-When I got it-it was just in a clear plastic case-NO BOX at all-and the case was all scratched up-It did come with head phones but No iTunes CD (I was told it came with an instillation CD) Is this correct?? My daughter didn't really mention much about not getting the box or CD (I suspect she was afraid I would send it back!-and you know how kids are-they will figure out how to make do) It does work and she used her friends ITunes to load songs on it. But is this what you normally get?
