What colors should I paint my room?

I'm moving my room, and I've decided that I'm going to hang my dad's old records on the walls. I'm going for that Rock N' Roll sort of thing, but I'm not sure what color to do the walls. I was thinking something with a red accent wall, but what color should I make the other walls?
I decided on colors; I'm doing a heather grey and a dark red accent wall.
