What color wirehair should I get to breed with my Isabella male?

We have been breeding dachshunds for three years now. We are familiar with the longhair and smooth genetics and we know the colors work the same with all three hair types. We are planning to get into wirehairs, and are going to be buying a wirehaired female within the next year. We have an AKC long-haired isabella and tan male we will be breeding her with eventually when she is old enough. We were just wondering if anyone had any advice as to which color wirehair I should get to compliment our male. We really would like to have dilute litters between the two of them. We are really looking for a blue wirehair but they are extremely hard to find. Also, what probability of hair types do you think we would get in our litters?? and how do you distinguish if a pup is wirehaired when it is young because I've looked at some breeders labeling thier pups as wirehaired, but they do not look wirehaired at all. Also, if anyone knows of any miniature wirehaired dachshund breeders that would be very helpful. We are located in MD and are willing to travel all along the east coast and as far west as Michigan to pick up a puppy. We do not like shipping as we feel it is not good for the dogs.
