M Mark New member Jul 5, 2009 #2 An old tip is to take a 9 volt battery and touch the 2 wires to it. listen for a pop sound.Don't leave it hooked up.

T thebax2006 New member Jul 5, 2009 #3 Just hook them up and if the balance control from left to right is wrong switch them from side to side. The grounds should be common.
