What color & style top should I wear with a Nanette Lepore khaki cotton crochet

'Free as a Bird' skirt? The skirt is a little above the knee in khaki/beige color with crochet overlay i have the shoes to wear but not sure what color top
I was thinking maybe Red or basic black. Any more suggestions?
