what color is my paint?

I have a multicolored paint so what would you say her color was she is choclate with a black mane and tail with a little white and white socks and has white in places with a stripe on head .I know there are so many different colors out there

Also how would you put a picture on here so I can show u guys its already on my computer?
 
I think that's a bay tobiano? Not entirely sure since I don't do the paint thing but that's my guess since we have one at our barn.
