What color are my eyes considered?

My eyes change color. I think it depends on what I wear but there are trends such as at night and morning they are bright blue. They vary from shades of blue, shades of green, and sometimes grey. I heard somewhere it would be hazel, but i thought hazel was light brown.
I'm just curious as to what color they'd be considered, if any one in particular.
If anybody know why or how this happens too, I'm also wondering that.
