What color are Chrysler (Dodge Charger) factory bumpers? Yellow or Black?

We're looking at a used Dodge Charger. We love the car, has low mileage, the price is right....just one problem. We took it to a reputable body shop in town and asked them to check the car to make sure nothing looked out of the ordinary or modified from factory. 3 people at separate times all said it looked like the front bumper was not factory because in the screw holes where the front license plate goes, (no front license plate currently) you can see that the plastic bumper is yellow. They all agreed that Chrysler factory parts come in black, and that this would be an after market part....suggesting a prior accident of some sort that neither the owner, nor carfax, has disclosed.

We shared our findings and our concern with the owner, and later tonight she called us saying she called a "body guy" and HE said that Chrysler factory parts come in yellow AND black...yellow being more expensive, higher quality than black.

Can anyone give me any insight? I've looked online and in forums and haven't been able to find any information without going through Chrysler's rigmarole.

Oh...and another thing...you can see on the majority of the car how perfect and smooth the paint is when you look close. On the hood and the bumper, the paint has a texture I would compare to orange skin. Just slightly. Also looks like the hood doesn't quite align with the front bumper the same on the left as it does on the right. The gaps are fractions of an inch different...but noticeable for me to see them.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can give!
