What colleges will accept this sport so i can try to get a scholarship?

I run Cross Country (as is running) and am a sophomore in college. I've always wanted to run for college. I think it would be great. Right now i run in the 22 minutes for a 3.1 mile....but im hoping by next year to be in the 20s.

Does anyone know any colleges in Ohio that give out Cross Country Scholarships? If so do you know what Time (as in how fast i have to be) to try and get it.
