What classes in college are classified as "Arts & Letters??"?

I want to take a foreign language class, does that count?? Also what other classes count?? The idiots at my college don't tell you what is considered as an arts and letters course.

Arts and letters would include your typical English and foreign language classes, and your humanities and philosophy class.

In other words, any liberal arts course that isn't considered social or behavioral science (that would include history, geography, psychology, economics, etc.)
