already took the plea agreement? I accepted a plea deal because my lawyer told me I would not be responsible to pay the fines as long as I was not making the money. Now I am on probation and my officer is telling me this is not true. My lawyer wanted to be done with me and my case. He pushed me into accepting the plea and now I am not so sure I did the right thing. Can I appeal?
Updated question - should i file a grievance through the Bar or not? does this merit doing something like that or not really?
 
You must appeal within 30 days of the judgment of conviction. An appeals court only reviews decisions of trial courts. As you asked the trial court to accept your plea, that was not an error.
