What church organizations teach that Christians should know and keep All Ten

Commandments? I have read of one organized group that teaches we are to know and keep the TEN Commandments. I know that the Seventh-day Adventist teach this also. The SDA church especially teach that the 4th Commandment is necessary to obey to receive eternal life. What are the other Protestant church groups that teach knowing and keeping the Ten Commandments, and keep the 7th day Holy (sunset Friday until sunset Saturday)? Atheist need not answer nor anyone who do answers just to get points!
Please note: I ask for groups/churches that know, and KEEP All TEN Commandments (as given to Moses on the stone tablets. I really do not want guesses.
