Or any other chevy vehicals that come stock with a 327.
Yeah, the 5.7 is fine. I've got a 92 camaro with a 305 that I want to swap for a 327. I just need to figure out which vehicals I can look at to find the engine.

Do you know which models of the full sized SUV's and/or pickups it came in?

I really appreciate it!

Do you mean the Vortec 5.3L? It was optional or standard in all full size GM pickups, vans, & SUV's depending on the model and optional in the Colorado, Canyon, Trailblazer, Envoy, Rainer, & Saab 9-7X. It was standard in the Chev. SSR, Monte Carlo SS, & Impala SS.

Edit: okay it appears that you are asking about the conventional first gen. 327 small block. The 327 hasn't been made since 1969. It was available in nearly every Chevrolet vehicle made from '62-'69.

none really except the vortec tahoe z71s from the late 90's.
Vortecs are great engines but after about 100,000 miles it will start to breakdown. It is for some reason the only chevy engine to not make it past that mark.
