What cheat do you use on the game sims 2 do get so many hairstyles and clothes....

...Please help me? Well every time i go on youtube all the sim people have totally different hairstyles than what you get with the original game. All i want to know what do i do?
 
You don't get that from a cheat. A lot what youtube sims 2 video makers use is custom content that they download online. The most common sites are:

You have to register with both sites. You register on thesims2.com when you register your game code, and you just make an account on modthesims2.com. They're both free. The sims 2 website is easy to use and download, but modthesims2, and any other custom content sites besides the sims official site will have specific guidelines that you have to follow.

Also, you may know this already, but you only said the original game, so if you want new hairstyles and items and clothes and whatnot, you could just buy the expansion packs or stuff packs to have more selection without downloading anything.
