What cheap graphic tablet to buy?

I heard that Wacom tablets are the best to buy but there's different types such as Wacom Intuos3 and wacom fun bamboo and many others I was wondering which one I should get for a person who never worked with a graphic tablet. I would perfer prices under 200 dollars and if anyone knows of a site for cheap wacom tablets then that would help as well. Please help me
