what charges or recourse will the judge get?

for the judge not holding a person in his court under oath for perjury.

also the same judge in this case lied in his own court room stating that.
he [THE JUDGE} did not receive any motion and / or paper work that would have help the plaintiff,

NOTE; That the information in question was filed in the Record department.

this of course after the judge see it.

The Judge stated he never received that information at all.

and it is sign by that same judge.

doe's this seem funny to any body or is this protocol ????
also this same judge was reprimanded
by the state for inappropriately issuing an order and.
he was not the judge handling that case.
 
Yes it seems funny, It sounds like the judges that we had here is Pa.
The trouble is that judges do not really read what they are signing.
You can report him to the american bar and to anyone else who will listen. Start with your local news paper. They hate that. LOL
